Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your Studio M purchase, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Studio M is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).

Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please give your credit card or pay pal account 3-5 days to reflect any returns.

If you have waited the time above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@studio-m.com.

 

Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, send us an email at cs@studio-m.com or call 800.886.3121. Please send your item to: Studio M, Attn: Return Dept, 601-H Gravois Bluffs Blvd, Fenton, MO, 63026, United States.

 

Shipping

To return your product(s), pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible, remove all extra labels from the outside of the package, and mail to: 601-H Gravois Bluffs Blvd, Fenton, MO, 63026, United States. 

Returns must be shipped using a prepaid shipping service. We cannot accept COD deliveries. We recommend that your return be shipped through a traceable service such as UPS.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
