Points can be redeemed for a discount coupon that you can use on your next purchase! Points will be posted to your account 14 days after your order has been processed. You must make a purchase of $25 or more to use the coupon.

In the Get Rewards tab of your Vine dashboard, choose which voucher you'd like to spend your Points on and click the "Get reward" button underneath it to reveal the code. When you're ready to use your reward, enter the code at checkout. Only one code per purchase allowed. You must redeem your Points for a voucher code in your Vine dashboard. No worries! If you clicked on "Get reward" under a voucher but didn’t use it, the voucher code would live under "Your rewards" within the "Get rewards" section of your dashboard to apply at checkout anytime. But remember—only one voucher code allowed per purchase.

Share the $10 off coupon link (found in your Vine dashboard) with friends and family via Facebook, email, or other platform. Each person will receive a unique $10 coupon code to use at checkout. In order for you to earn Points, those who purchase from your link must be new Studio M customers and must place an order for $50 or more (not including shipping or taxes after applying the coupon code). Remember, customers can only use one code per transaction. 200 Points will be posted to your account 14 days after the referral coupon has been used on an order.

To refer multiple friends via email at once, go to the Refer Friends tab in your Vine dashboard and click Email. Type in each email with a comma and no spaces. Please remind your friends to check their junk mail! We recommend not changing the text of the email message. That way the recipient will know the exact steps they need to do.

Your pending Points will be cancelled, and will be removed from your Vine dashboard.

When you write a product review on our website, 20 Points will be awarded immediately to your Vine dashboard. Make sure to use the email address associated with your rewards account when posting a review so we can successfully add Points to your Vine dashboard. You can write up to two reviews for 20 points each per week.

Log in to your account and go to your Vine dashboard. Select the “Earn Points” tab. Click the social media outlets you'd like to follow, log in to that platform, and like or follow us!

After you sign in, click "The Vine Rewards" green tab in the bottom left corner of our website. Click the "Earn points" tab, open the "Happy Birthday, friend" section, and enter your birthday. When your birthday comes around, you'll automatically receive 100 points!

We now have the ability to reward purchases made before you joined The Vine! When you create an account, you will be awarded points for any orders you placed after 01/20/2021 that were associated with the email address used to create your Vine account. You will also be awarded an additional 30 points for joining!

Please note: We are only able to reward guest purchases made after we transitioned to our new website on 01/20/2021. We also do not have the ability to award points for purchases made prior to the launch of our Vine rewards program on 01/01/2019.

Pending: Points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. The approval period is 14 business days.

If you no longer wish to be a part of The Vine, please contact us at cs@studio-m.com and ask to be disenrolled. We'll withdraw you from our rewards program and you'll lose any Points you have collected.

Once Points are redeemed for a reward voucher, they cannot be returned back to your total Points pool. You must use the voucher you chose to redeem your Points on. If you return an entire order that was purchased using a reward voucher, the Points used will be returned to your account once the order has been fully refunded.
