Wholesale Account Terms of Service

MasterCard, Visa, or Discover accepted at time of shipment. Net 30 terms are available with approved credit. Credit cards are not accepted as payment on invoices with credit terms. Minimum annual purchases of $1,000 must be maintained to qualify for terms. By submitting an order to Studio M, you agree to pay Studio M for all charges incurred, including attorney's fees and collection costs for unpaid amounts.

By submitting an order with a wholesale account, you are certifying that you are registered with the states and cities within which your firm would deliver purchases to us and that any such purchases are for wholesale, resale, or ingredients or componnents of a new product or service to be resold, leased, or rented in the normal course of business. You further certify that if any property or service so purchased tax free is used or consumed as to make it subject to a Sales or Use Tax, you will pay the tax due directly to the proper taxing authority when state law so provides or inform the Seller for added tax billing. 

Studio M is committed to supporting the Independent Retailer with stores focused on gift, home, garden, hardware, and specialty store products. Home-based businesses that create revenue through home parties, flea markets, community events, or other similar venues are not eligible for consideration.

To protect our brand and help your store to stay competitive, we have instituted a policy concerning internet sales. Selling Studio M products on Amazon and other marketplace sites such as (but not limited to) Walmart.com, eBay, and Jet.com is strictly prohibited. Listing products on Amazon or other 3rd Party sites will result in your account being closed. All independent e-commerce retailers are subject to approval.

Effective July 1, 2017, we have implemented a minimum advertised price (MAP) policy that will help protect Studio M and our retail partners from the effects of economic pressures that have led to aggressive discounting. This policy defines the minimum price you may advertise our products, but in no way restricts you, as a retailer, from determining your final selling price. Current product totaling $100 or more will be backordered and shipped within 60 days unless the customer requests it to be cancelled. Sale items will not be backordered.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality merchandise and guarantee our products to be free of defects. Defective merchandise will be promptly replaced. All claims for inaccurate shipments must be made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of shipment. Claims for cartons damaged in shipping must be made with the carrier.
